Tyga is desperate to propose to Kylie Jenner on his 26th birthday

Tyga will turn big 26 on Nov. 20 and for his birthday, he’s planning a huge bash at L.A. hotspot 1Oak– but he might have something else up his sleeve: proposing to his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, 18! However, even though Tyga wants more than anything to “be putting a ring on Kylie’s finger” to celebrate his big day, a source EXCLUSIVELY revealed to HollywoodLife what might be stopping him.

“Tyga’s turning 26 tomorrow and it’s going to be one hell of a night at 1Oak in L.A.,” a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife on Nov. 19. “And while that’s going to be a blast of a night for him, he’d much rather be putting a ring on Kylie’s finger, in front of all his family and friends, on his special day.”

Tyga and Kylie have been together for a while now, so, what’s given him the push to pop the question at this point? “He’s getting older and with age comes wisdom and he knows Kylie’s the one for him,” added the source. “He knows he wants to spend the rest of his life with her.”

Well, that certainly sounds like a man who knows what he wants! So, what’s stopping him from getting down on a bent knee? Well, Kylie, actually! “He loves her tremendously but doesn’t want to force the issue,” said the source. “He knows she’s not ready and they already have a good thing going and he doesn’t want to mess that up. Everyone will be there tomorrow to help him bring in his 26th but he wants to do something special for Kylie and make the night about her, too. He’s even thinking of getting her a little special promise ring — just to let her know that the big question is on his mind.”
