And James 'Lockie' Lock has clearly been putting in serious time in the gym to prepare for his holiday abroad, proudly showing off the results of his rigorous fitness regime as he shared a selfie on Tuesday.
Wearing nothing but a pair of eye-wateringly tight underpants, James can be seen displaying his buff body to its best advantage as he poses in his hotel bathroom.
However, not everyone was a fan of his itsy-bitsy attire, with one user joking, 'Nice body, awful pants!'
The star has been keeping his followers entertained with pictures from his blissful trip, sharing another shirtless selfie from beneath a palm tree.
