Man from Jersey City Posts Video of Him Providing Oral Sex to a Cat!

These are the kind of situations that are going to cause some right wing legislator to introduce a bill that controls the Internet.

It’s unclear why he did it… perhaps on a dare or as an initiation… but a man went down on a pussy cat (the four-legged kind) and someone recorded it.

Then it was posted on the Internet.

Reportedly, the man is from Jersey City.

We checked on New Jersey law and discovered that just this last November, Gov. Chris Christie signed a bill that makes it illegal for a human to have sexual relations with an animal.

According to the statute, Bill S2296, human sexual activity with animals is explicitly banned. In the past, law enforcement had typically gone after those who practice bestiality under animal cruelty laws.

But in 2009, according to NJ.com, animal cruelty charges were dropped against a former Moorestown cop accused of sexually molesting cows because prosecutors could not prove the animals were harmed.

Katie Schwartzer, who interned for Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli, proposed the bill.

The bill designates bestiality as a fourth-degree criminal offense, punishable by 18 months in prison, a fine of $10,000 or both.
