Lamar Odom is making some impressive improvements this week after almost dying from a drug overdose at a Nevada brothel in mid October.
The 35-year-old former NBA star is 'walking with help now,' according to a report in UsWeekly.
'Lamar is getting better every day,' a source told the magazine. 'He is more coherent and can talk more.'
The insider added, 'He is getting stronger every day. And has a great team of therapists and specialists working with him.

'He's 6' 11' and weighs a lot, so getting him to walk a little has been really hard.'
However, the former LA Lakers star is far from out of the woods yet; he is still in 'definite' need of a new kidney, and remains on dialysis after suffering organ failure over the weekend.
According to the source, doctors at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center are also still 'trying to get his kidneys to function on their own.'
However the report adds that his carers have not yet been able to yet assess the extent of the damage - if any to his brain.
He reportedly suffered up to 12 strokes before being found unconscious at the after his $75,000 stay at the Love Ranch in Nevada.
Meanwhile his wife Khloe has defended herself after coming under fire for 'cashing in' on his recovery while promoting her new book.
The 31-year-old revealed she was forced to speak to People magazine because she was 'contractually obligated' to in order to promote Strong Looks Better Naked.
She explained that the photo shoot and most of the interview took place before Lamar's collapse, but she was made to do a five minute 'follow up' call afterwards.
She tweeted: 'I want to make this VERY clear.... My people cover, I shot and interviewed for PRIOR to all the events that happened.
'Shame on you all for thinking the worst of me. It's been a tough few weeks. I don't need your f**ked up energy! Know the facts before you throw stones.'
