They missed being together for Christmas because they’re both hoping the other one will take the initiative to hang out more, according to an insider who spoke to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY! Is this situation going to change now that the holiday season is over?
“Selena wants to be with Niall, but she is waiting for him to make a move, and he is waiting for her to make a move to hang out with each other more,” the insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “They can’t get on the same page to see each other as often as they would like. It is not ruining the fact that they like each other very much, it is just frustrating for Selena because she feels that Niall isn’t trying hard enough, so she is weary of giving her heart to him because she doesn’t want it broken.
“It’s hard for Selena to date; she has admitted this many times and she just has to change how she reacts sometimes to make things work,” the insider continued. “She is hoping that now that the holidays are over they will be able to get together more and start something.”
