Charlie Sheen faces lawsuits after confirming he has HIV as Ex Bree Olson, claim he risked her life by not telling her he had HIV

Former porn star Bree Olson says ex-lover Charlie Sheen must 'face the consequences' for exposing her and so many others to the potentially deadly HIV virus.

Sheen, 50, claimed he was diagnosed with the virus four years ago in a TV interview last week but former lover Olson believes he knew about it when they lived together in 2011 - yet never told her.

Now she has accused him of 'putting a loaded gun to my head' by exposing her to the disease, and said doing so without telling someone is a crime in the US so he should be brought to justice.

She added: 'Now he has to pay for what he did. It's unforgivable,' she told Pete Samson for The Sun On Sunday.

Just hours after Sheen gave his revealing interview to Matt Lauer on Today, Olson, 29, appeared on The Howard Stern Show claiming he knew about the disease before he claims to have been diagnosed.

She claimed that Sheen never told her that he was HIV positive, and she revealed that she was with him when he had his intense 'night sweats' - which can be an indicator of the disease.

'That was when I was with him. I was living with him. We were sleeping together every single night,' said Olsen. 'And he never said a word.'

Natalie Kenly, another of Sheen's 'goddesses', has come forward to say Sheen did not disclose his status to her either.

Olson told The Sun that the famous lothario would demand sex twice a day, adding that she would take the 'night shift', while Kenly satisfied him in the morning.

But Kenly told TMZ that she is not attacking for not disclosing his condition and does not intended to sue him. She added that she is HIV negative.

Olson, however, went on to say that Sheen repeatedly insisted he was 'clean' - meaning he did not have any sexually transmitted diseases - and that she trusted him.

She said that he demanded sex twice a day and used lambskin condoms when they were together, which provide less protection than latex condoms.

Lambskin condoms are effective at preventing pregnancy, but do not prevent the transmission of viral STDs, including HIV.

Olsen said: ‘I didn’t want to use lambskin, I wanted to use regular condoms. I made the same mistake that a lot of people do, I trusted him.'

She added: ‘There were times when we didn’t use condoms, because it was only to prevent against pregnancy.

‘I loved him, yes, he was my boyfriend. I left the [porn] industry for him and I never went back.’

However, she also revealed she has been tested for HIV since discovering Sheen had it, and she has been given a clean bill of health.

However, she was angry that Sheen never told her about the disease either during or since their relationship, saying: 'It's illegal.'

If Sheen was aware he was infected at the time he was sleeping with Olsen, she would able to seek damages, and he could also be subject to criminal investigation.

In the state of California, it is a felony punishable by up to eight years in prison for a person to have unprotected sex with someone with the intent to infect them and not disclose their status.

It is also a misdemeanor to willfully expose someone to HIV, though that carries a prison sentence of just a few months.

Last week, Sheen revealed he is HIV positive in an explosive interview with Matt Lauer on Today.

'I'm here to admit that I am in fact HIV positive,' he said. 'It's a hard three letters to absorb. It's a turning point in one's life.'

Sheen said that he learned he had the virus 'roughly four years ago' - but said that he was 'not entirely' sure how he contracted it, and felt a huge sense of relief after admitting it publicly.

His doctor, Robert Huizenga, said he had known Sheen for five or six years and that the virus is now 'undetectable' in his blood.

The actor said he was prepared to face lawsuits after his admission, and repeatedly told Lauer that he had always been honest about his status once he learned he had contracted the virus.

And TMZ reports that at least six women are planning to sue Sheen.

A Los Angeles lawyer told the site he had been contacted by the women today and has appointments with another four.

The woman claim they have had protected and unprotected sex with Sheen, some as recently as in October - but allege that he did not disclose this condition.

Olson, 29, whose real name is Rachel Oberlin, lived with Sheen, 50, at his Los Angeles home in 2011

On Friday, amid rumors that the high-profile Hollywood star was living with HIV was Sheen, Olson took to Twitter to say she was ‘clean’.

'There are speculations circling that one of my ex boyfriends from years ago may have contracted the HIV virus,' Olson wrote.

'They are rumors and I know nothing more than anyone else.'

Olson continued: 'I, myself have been to my gynecologist at least once a year since we split up and have always been tested across the board for everything and have came back clean across the board every time.'

'For all the ''news'' sources out there, leave me alone. Call me Jon Snow. I know nothing.'

Her tweet came days before The National Enquirer released a story on Monday that the 50-year-old has been quietly battling a HIV diagnosis, after working on the piece for 18 months.

Hours after the story appeared online, People confirmed the news with crisis manager Howard Bragman.

And as the news broke, another ex-girlfriend, Natalie Kenly, gave an interview defending the actor.

Kenly said he only ever did right by the women who lived with him during his very-public meltdown in 2011, who became known as his 'goddesses'.

'He is not a monster,’ she told People. ‘He has regard for human beings and cares about people. I do not see him knowingly putting women at risk.'

Kenly also defended Sheen against suggestions that he had slept with women after learning of his diagnosis.

'That's not who he is,' she told the magazine. 'He's got young kids. He's also not an idiot and I don't see him opening himself up to that legal nightmare.'

Kenly, who is now a mother and living in the Midwest with her partner, said she is HIV negative and has no regrets over the time she spent with Sheen.

'He's a good man and I feel very fortunate to have spent the time with him that I did, and I'm so sad to hear of his health troubles,' she added.

'I hope he's okay.'

Sheen and Olson met in 2011 after he contacted her out of the blue for a meet and greet at his house in Sherman Oaks, California.

'I suppose it was my movies,' she said, when asked what attracted Sheen to her.

The actress ended up leaving a break-up note for Sheen when he began paying less attention to her and more focused on his comedy tour.

It said: 'C, I'm not comfortable here anymore. I'm going home. I wish you the best on the rest of your tour. (Here's your watch.)'

Sheen, who has had three wives, a number of fiancées and lived with various porn star 'goddesses' - has long enjoyed a playboy lifestyle and the Enquirer reported that his health has not slowed him down.

'Charlie had sex with multiple partners since learning his HIV status without informing them of his potentially deadly HIV infection,' a source told the Enquirer.

Another source said: 'Charlie hired escorts, and him being HIV positive never entered these women's minds.

'The fact is, he was playing Russian roulette with their lives, while the women were playing Russian roulette with the prospect of becoming pregnant by Sheen, and being set for life.'

The Enquirer also reported that one of the women who was allegedly exposed settled a civil action against the actor after retaining Gloria Allred as her lawyer.

Sheen has been married three times and has five children - a daughter Cassandra, 21, with high school sweetheart Paula Profit; daughters Sam, 11, and Lola, 10, with second wife Denise Richards; and twin boys Bob and Max, six, with third wife Brooke Mueller.

He had been engaged to be married to adult film star Scottine Ross, also known as Brett Rossi, but the engagement was called off in October last year after eight months.

In a video obtained by the Enquirer, Ross is reportedly seen screaming about Sheen: 'You exposed me to HIV for a year and a half!'

An insider claimed: 'Sheen waited over four months to inform Scottine that he was HIV positive.

‘From the very beginning, Sheen never used protection, saying he 'loved' her.'

Sheen had reportedly spent $5million to keep the news that he had HIV 'silent,' but despite this, it became an 'open secret' to many in Hollywood.
