A waitress from a Chicago fast food restaurant is being charged with rape after a man alleged she forced him to engage in sexual intercourse with her friend in a car, after they offered to give him a ride.
25-year-old Cierra Ross, who is also a mother of two, was arrested for her involvement in the rape of a 33 year-old man.
The victim told police he was walking near the 400th block of North Kingsbury when Ross pulled up and offered him a ride.
Shortly afterward, the waitress from Denny’s pulled out a gun and told him to get in the backseat and take off his clothes.
That was when the victim was forced to have sex with Ross’ friend in the backseat of her car.
The victim told investigators that Ross was made to touch the other woman’s breasts and butt.
The suspects also allegedly stole the victim’s cash, credit cards, and phone.
According to the man, he pleaded for them to stop and he eventually got away while running naked through the street.
A Taxi driver saw the victim and offered to let him use his phone to get a picture of Ross’s tags. The victim then called police and was able to identify Ross in a lineup.
Ross has previous convictions for misdemeanour prostitution charges.
