Obese 700LB man whose wife and daughter have to wait on him hand and foot because he can barely move admits he is terrified his family will leave if he doesn’t lose weight

Chad Dean

A 700lb man fears his obesity is going to drive his family away as he relies on his 10-year-old daughter to wait on him hand and foot.
On Wednesday night’s episode of TLC reality series My 600lb Life, Chad Dean, 40, reveals that his weight has gotten so out of control that he lost his job as a trucker. The father-of-two is just waiting for the day his wife Ayesha, 32, decides she has had enough and takes his children away.

‘It’s not what my kids deserve. Their lives now revolve around me,’ he says in a preview clip for the episode.

His 10-year-old daughter tells the cameras that she wants her father to lose weight so he will actually be able to go outside and play with her.

‘That would be like my ultimate, number one dream. I’d be so happy,’ she says.

In the clip, Chad’s devoted daughter can be seen fetching him a can of soda and adjusting the ottoman for his feet. Whenever he calls her, she happily does whatever he asks.

Ayesha is upset that her daughter ‘carries the burden of a parent at 10 years old’.

‘She doesn’t mind doing the things, but it bothers me,’ she explains. ‘She’s 10 years old. She should be able to be a kid. She should be able to do what kids do.’

Chad says he doesn’t know why he can’t stop, but he feels ‘worthless’.

‘There’s a lot of days I wonder if this is the day Ayesha has had enough,’ he admits. ‘What’s her breaking point before she finally says I can’t do it no more?’

Ayesha tells the cameras that this is not the Chad she fell in love with, noting that ‘this Chad gave up on himself’.
